Moving in
We are as excited about your move into the Health Professions Apartments as you are! Prior to your moving in, we’re cleaning and making any necessary repairs to prepare for your arrival.
Here are a few things you need to know about moving in:
Please remember to transfer the gas and electric service into your names as soon you move-in:

When you’re moving in, you are welcome to park as close to your nearest exterior door as possible for easy unloading.

Here are a few things you need to know about moving in:
- Early move-in requests will be addressed on a case by case basis. If current tenants have vacated the premises and any required repairs are completed we will do our best to accommodate your request. Rent will be paid on a pro-rata basis.
- After moving in, complete your Inventory Checklist and submit via email shortly after moving in.
- Please be sure to submit your Move In Repair List online, as well, if there are any repairs that need to be made.
- The Cable & Internet Service are always on and WiFi Routers are provided - please do not hook up your own router as the cable company will not service your equipment. Every room in your Health Professions Apartment is hardwired for the best possible Internet connectivity.

Moving out
As you transition to your new residence for the next year, here are a few things you need to know about moving out:
1. Extension requests will be addressed on a case by case basis. If the next tenants are not moving in right away we will do our best to accommodate your request. Rent will be paid on a pro-rata basis.
2. It is very important that ALL PERSONAL PROPERTY be removed from your apartment when you vacate the premises.
3. Thank you for leaving your apartment clean and empty.
4. Please leave your keys on the kitchen countertop when you leave and lock the door behind you.
5. Your security deposit refund, along with any itemization of charges, will be sent to you within 45 days of lease-end. Please remember to provide us with a forwarding address where you want the security deposit returned. We may opt to return your security deposit via your Venmo account on file.
6. Please don’t forget to cancel electric and gas service as of the last day of your lease (even if you vacate sooner).
7. We wish you the Best of Luck as you continue on your amazing journey to become a physician.
